I got to go shopping all by myself this morning, and I will admit that I enjoyed it. After three weeks with three boys in tow, it was such a joy to be able to shop in calm surroundings. I actually skipped a shopping week at Publix this past week, as I just did not have the energy to drag the boys to the store.

I have three boys starting school in a little over a week (pre k, 2nd grade and my husband is returning to school), and this means that I have to start shopping differently. Until now I have been shopping in the beginning of the week, and preferably in the morning. Now, I am going to have to do late shopping or weekend shopping, neither of the two appeals to me, but I will just have to make it work. I have noticed a shift in my grocery bill, but I am considering it to be a positive shift though, as it is thanks to my 12-month-old’s growing appetite, and my soon-to-be 8-year-olds growthspurt. I will be happy to keep on bargain shopping, just so that I can get all the good stuff on the table for them.

Today I was able to go to both Target and Publix, and thanks to I Heart Publix and Totally Target I was prepared.
