My plan for today did not work out at all. Instead of walking I was going to take the bus to my middle son’s school at noon, then walk to pick up my oldest son at 2 p.m. and take the bus to go grocery shopping. My husband was going to pick up my youngest son at 4 p.m., and then pick the rest of us up after we were done.

Well, I stood at a hot bus stop for more than 1 1/2 hour before the bus finally arrived, it is supposed to come every 30 minutes, but it just never showed up. This meant that we were late for my youngest son’s school, and I was just about to start walking to pick up my oldest son, when the bus finally showed up. It was of course full, since it contained people from the two previous busses that were supposed to have come. Just as it pulled up my husband called that he was out of class, so we changed our plans. We were already very late for my middle’s son’s pre school, so we ended up just skipping it. My husband picked up my oldest son, and then he dropped us all off at Target.
Exhausted yet….I was! We left the house at 11:30 a.m., and we got home at 6 p.m.
