This afternoon my family went to see the Miami Yo Gabba Gabba Live: There Is A Party In My City show in the American Airlines Arena. We had a blast, and we had the most fantastic seats. We were basically a few rows from the stage, and my boys were in awe.

Just look at these seats:  No Zoom! When I was asked to return my zoom to the car, I was quite worried, but we were so close that the zoom would not even have worked. My main zoom was perfect for these seats on the floor.

My sons favorite part was when they let the balloons loose from the ceiling right before the break, and I was in awe when my fifteen-month-old shy boy actually waved the the characters when they walked by him. The boys have been playing with Yo Gabba Gabba balloons all night. My 15-month-old also loved the Peek-a-boo song, and when they played the Goodbye song all three boys were singing along.

Before the show started, we attended the Halloweeen party at the American Airlines Arena with a lot of other Yo Gabba Gabba fans.

Jencarlos Canela was the surprise guest of the show, which brought cheers from the Miami audience. Jencarlos Canela is Miami born singer and actor, who stars in the telenovela Más Sabe el Diablo on Telemundo. He has performed at Miss World and at the Tonight Show, and in 2008 he was voted People en Español‘s Sexiest Man, and in 2009 he topped People en Español‘s Los 50 Más Bellos list.
