This morning I started out at Walgreens, which is one of those places I rarely go due to the constant hassle with coupons. I had a raincheck for $1.99 BIC Triumph pens, and they finally had them in stock.
However, Walgreen’s would only accept one of my $2 off coupons, so I left with one set of pens.

I did; however, get a new rain check with a new date, so I can use it at another Walgreen’s, if I decide there is a good deal worth shopping there for again.

At CVS I only scanned my CVS card, as I did not find any great deals this week. I did get a $4 off Hershey’s 40 oz candy.

I went to check for the prizes and I discovered that the Hershey’s Assorted 40 oz bag was on clearance at 25 percent off making it $5.54 – $4 coupon = $1.54

I did not find any matching Hershey’s coupons, but even without a Hershey’s coupon, it is still a pretty good deal.

I also found

Zhu Zhu Pets at 75 Percent off Clearance at CVS

The Zhu Zhu battle hamster was on clearance at CVS for $2.48
The Zhu Zhu battle armor was on clearance at CVS for $2.48
The Zhu Zhu Scorpion Tank was on clearance at CVS for $5

We left CVS without buying anything, as I did not have any P&G coupons to go with the Pantene deals.

Simply CVS

I am going to make sure to check out Simply CVS for next week’s best deals though, as I have CVS bucks to use, and Cheryl at Simply CVS always knows how to get the most for them.
