I sure love grocery shopping at Publix, and once you see my total for today you will know why. I was even able to get produce cheaper than at Aldi. (See the grocery price comparison list) I just made it if for the last day of the Publix sale today, and I sure am glad I did. I usually make sure to tell the people behind me in the line that I have a lot of coupons, so that they do not get stuck behind me. Today I was busy organizing the coupons with the cashier, so I did not get to tell the guy behind me. At first he looked as if he had definitely picked the long line, especially since it was a new cashier. However, once he peeked at the savings vs. spendings his attitude adjusted dramatically, and when I was done he made sure to comment and congratulate me on the savings.

I actually could have saved a lot more, but I was not able to print out any coupons this week due to computer and printer. I tried to make the most out of the coupons I had, but if I had been able to print coupons, I would have bought a lot of juice. I lucked out though, as I found some great $1 off Meat Target coupons in our local paper, as well as $1 off 1 Kleenex Publix coupons. I also had some $1 off produce coupons from the Publix calendar, and I received a $5 Publix coupon off a $30 purchase in the mail from the kids club….so by combining all of these great coupons, I really found some great deals at Publix.
