I have taught my sons a lot of children’s song in my first language, and it is funny to see how many of these songs are actually translated from English. With the Mother’s Goose Club DVDs and CDs my kids can now get the best of all of their cultural heritage.

My kids now have new favorites such as One, Two, Buckle My Shoe, Jack & Jill, Three Blind Mice and Going to St. Ives, songs which I was only vaguely familiar with before becoming acquainted with the Mother Goose Club.

The Mother Goose Club DVD keeps my 23-month-old son’s attention, which is something television rarely does, and even my five-year-old son has a lot of fun watching the Mother Goose Club, while dancing and singing. My toddler loves music, and I am thrilled to have found this comprehensive nursery rhyme collection that will help teach both my children as well as myself about a very significant part of American cultural history.

The Mother Goose Club is a series of 1-minute educational preschool programs that have been created based on research that has shown a familiarity with nursery rhymes helps young children learn to read.
