The Wordless Wednesday Linky - Jamaican Roti

Welcome to the Wordless Wednesday Linky here at Frugality Is Free. My MIL came to visit this past week, so my kitchen was filled with lots of Jamaican spices, and my kids enjoyed their favorite Jamaican dishes. Their favorite Jamaican Roti (Similar to Indian Naan) was a big hit as always. Despite many attempts, I simply cannot replicate it to perfection.

  2. I don't know this exact recipe you made but I've found with roti it needs to have enough moisture, the heat has to be sufficient and only cook the first side partially just until it won't stick, turn it cook fully especially edges, and turn to finish the 1st side, and it should puff. But it all tastes yummy and we all love experiments. these look delicious I'm sure you got no complaints :)
