I started out the week with a two-day migraine, so I decided to skip some of my regular weekly grocery shopping. Luckily the pantry is well-stocked, and I only need to pick up the best deals, OJ, dairy, meat and produce. This is really what frugal shopping is all about, having a stock of the products your family needs and use when they go to their lowest price, so that you will never have to pay full price for anything.

You can see the details of my shopping trips by clicking on the titles or the images.
