kelloggs fiber plus
Getting enough fiber in your diet can be a challenge, but with Kellogg’s Fiber Plus cereal and Kellogg’s FiberPlusl bars getting sufficient fiber can be both easy and tasty.
The Kellogg’s FiberPlus cereal has at least 35 percent of your daily fiber and 25 grams of whole grain in one 3/4 cup serving.
Not only does fiber promote good digestive health, but it also helps support good heart health and may help reduce the risk of certain cancers and diabetes.

One of my new favorite breakfast cereals is the new Kellogg’s FiberPlus Caramel Pecan Crunch Cereal, because it has the perfect combination of sweetness, crunch and healthy whole grain wheat as well as rice flakes that makes it both nutritious and tasty.

Kellogg’s FiberPlus Caramel Pecan Crunch Cereal is rich in antionxidant vitamins C and E, and I always love it when there are nuts in my breakfast cereal, since I need the added protein, b vitamins and folic acid due to my vegetarian diet. With pecan nuts and almonds Kellogg’s FiberPlus Caramel Pecan Crunch Cereal helps me get the perfect start on my day.
My kids love the Kellogg’s FiberPlus Cereal Berry Yogurt Crunch, and they certainly do not complain about eating the whole grain wheat and rice flakes. This cereal is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I am excited that my kids are eager to eat this antioxidant and fiber rich cereal.
The FiberPlus bars are all favorites with everyone in my family, and I am finding it difficult to find a favorite. The caramel coconut bars are refreshingly delicious, the chocolate chip bars are sweet and chocolaty, the Dark Chocolate Almond FiberPlus bars has a great wholesome taste combined with the perfect sweetness, and the Chocolatey Peanut Butter FiberPlus bars are perfect when you are in need of a peanutlicious fix.
With 35 percent of the recommended daily fiber intake, the FiberPlus bars are a perfectly delicious way of getting fiber wen you are on the go. My kids love it, when I pull out a FiberPlus bar while we are waiting at the store, stopping at the park or on the go somewhere.
Besides being fiber rich, all of the Kellogg’s FiberPlus products have a common characterstic that I love, they are all very filling. My kids always end up sharing a FiberPlus bar, and one 3/4 cup serving of FiberPlus cereal is more than plenty to fill me up in the morning. It is always great to feel full after a mill without a having to deal with a guilty conscience, and the full feeling that the Kellogg’s FiberPlus products provide is one that last for a while.
