With whole wheat, shredded apple, shredded carrot, and fresh pressed orange juice, these apple carrot cupcakes where a perfect match with the Marzetti Caramel Dip, and I will definitely be making them again.
We also mixed the vanilla icing with Marzetti Caramel Dip, and what a fabulous combination it was, I can highly recommend this unique icing, for whenever you need to impress family and friends with your creativity in the kitchen this holiday season.
Despite making 24 cupcakes, I only used 1/4 of the Marzetti Caramel Dip tub, so there is plenty left for more creative ideas in the kitchen.
