This morning I made a quick trip to Publix, to stock up on deals. I spent more than I usually do at Publix, but I decided to stock up on a couple of years words of Stayfree pads and goodies for the kids. I also had to buy some food for my kids at school, as they are having a food drive, and each grade has been asked to bring in specific items.
I did not by much green today, because my garden is beginning to give homegrown produce, and you can check out my latest Aldi grocery shopping trip to see why I buy most of my produce there.
I seriously bought a mountain of Stayfree pads, and the other customers looked at me as if I was crazy. I could not help but smile though, because I got a couple of years worth of Stayfree pads for $12! You can too!
My Publix store has started enforcing one $ off $3 purchase coupon per transaction, so I had to split my trip into three transactions. Even though I had calculated the two first transactions from home, it was still more stressful to do it this way.
