The Target Toy Clearance sale has gone just as I expected so far, and it went to 70 percent off today. LEGO clearance is always slower though, and it is not always that it goes to 70 percent off. I have found 70 percent off LEGO clearance on rare occasions, but it always seems to be after the rest of the clearance is gone.
