I was especially impressed with the fact that I did not have to use any butter or oil when making eggs sunny side up. Making omelets and my grandmother’s special bread pudding pancake also turned out to be much easier, as the sides no longer sticks to the pan. I love the fact that they are Cast Iron but are 40% lighter than traditional cast iron pans I have very ld cast iron skillets that were passed down but you have to really grease them inorder to have them not stick, I think this new version will give you less calories with less greasing being non stick but still provide the taste that cast iron gves when cooked, plus they come in RED oh yes, love that feature!
