Barnes and Noble Summer Reading

Every summer I do everything I can to encourage my kids to read, and one of the ways is by participating in summer reading programs that offers rewards. The Barnes and Noble Summer Reading program is one of our favorites, as it is very straightforward and the reward is a book at the end of the program.

How to participate in the summer reading program:

  1. Print out the summer reading journal.
  2. Read 8 books and add them to your summer reading journal.
  3. Bring the summer reading journal to your local Barnes & Noble store between May 22 and September 4th, 2012.
  4. Your child can then choose between select books from his or her age group.

You can download the Barnes and Noble summer reading form here.
