Shopping with coupons, price matching and bringing along kids to the store can be a bit overwhelming, and despite the fact that I only had one … .1 sleeping toddler with me today, I still made mistakes. I forgot to use my coupons! Yes, you heard me right, I don’t know how it is possible, but I did think the total was a bit steep. Thankfully Walmart customer service was quick to help me out, and I got my coupon savings with no problems.
It was a great Walmart price matching day though, and I made sure to get lots of fresh produce. With three boys home for the summer, I am going to make sure that I always have a big supply of fruits around, because this way they’ll ask for less of the sweet stuff. I actually started out at ALDI, but I could only fit one watermelon in the stroller, and I was afraid the strawberries would spoil by the time I got to Walmart.

After the list above, I have the feeling I don’t need to tell you why I have grown to love Walmart. I have learned that successful Walmart shopping has a lot to do with sticking to your list though….deviating can be expensive.
