70 percent off Target Toy Clearance

I am keeping my fingers crossed that tomorrow Thursday January 17th will be the day that we will find 70 percent off Target toy clearance at our local Target stores. According to my calculations it was either last Thursday (but nothing happened then) or tomorrow, and I will be there ready with my shopping cart.

So, if you are looking to stock up on some cheap toys, some frugal birthday gifts and get a headstart on your 2013 Christmas shopping, I highly recommend that you visit your local Target store tomorrow after 9 AM.

I have my shopping list ready, so that I know which kids, ages, gender and interests to shop for, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that the Target toy clearance selection will be good this year. Check out my 70 percent off Target toy clearance deals from last year above. I saved $262 on toys, and I got a lot of my birthday and Christmas shopping done in one shopping trip.

If you are wondering how to pay for your Target clearance shopping trip, it is important always to think ahead, if you want to live a frugal life but not live without. You can either spend $50 now, or you can spend $300 on gifts in December. The Target toy clearance sale is, when I shop for all of my nieces and nephews, and I simply would not be able to get them much, if I only paid full price for their gifts.

I hope to be able to bring you a 70 percent off Target toy clearance update tomorrow, but since I do not have a smartphone, it will not be until after I return from shopping. This is why I am encouraging all of your frugal shoppers to head to Target tomorrow (just stay away from my store please:)), because I am 90 percent sure it will happen tomorrow. If not tomorrow, Friday or Saturday will be my next bet, but the likelyhood that the 70 percent off drop will happen this week is big.

You find my latest Target clearance and Target toy clearance updates in the top navigation bar under CLEARANCE.

Will you be headed for Target tomorrow?

  1. Thanks for the heads up! I hope you’re right!

  2. We won’t make it there until Saturday, but maybe we will get lucky and find some stuff. We bought a few things already at 50% off. One of the big Lego sets ($70 retail) was on Elliott’s wish list, and when we bought it, it was the last one on the shelves. Like I told my husband, $35 is much better than $70, and I highly doubt it would have still been there at 70% off, especially since that was almost 2 weeks ago. It was the last of Elliott’s birthday presents.

We have a couple of birthday parties coming up soon, too, so we are shopping for both this weekend. Maybe Elliott will find great deals for his friends, too. 🙂 His best friend’s birthday party was 2 weeks ago, and we ended up getting him about $40 worth of stuff for $12 and some change at KMart during a 50% off clearance toy sale after Christmas. And it was all stuff that he wanted, and in fact Elliott chose to buy the same stuff for himself with Christmas money from his great Aunt. 🙂

  3. Good luck! I won’t be able to make it unfortunately, but I did get a barbie doll for 50% off a couple weeks ago as a gift and then yesterday at Walmart I found a Halo Mega Blocks set reguarly $22.98 for $11 and a Lego Ninjago set regularly $19.97 for $7. So I couldn’t complain! Gave them both to my grandmother to save for my boys birthdays coming up.
