Summer in Florida means lots of showers and storms, but this week we have just had lots of refreshing drizzles. Whether we were at the park, the beach or at the pool, we just kept on having fun while playing and swimming in the rain.

  1. A little sprinkle never spoils the fun. The pool looks refreshing! We have yet to go swimming this year. Oh wait I take the back there was one day I was able to fill the little pool for the kids. It’s been a chilly summer full of lake breezes this year.

  2. It must have been so refreshing! Lovely shot. It is sizzling hot here in Jamaica but today it is windy and in my area we get a drizzle now and then. Thanks for hosting.

  3. My daughter and I swam in the rain yesterday! 🙂

  4. That is fun for sure!
    Wish I was a child again! 🙂

  5. Looks lovely and refreshing ~ here in UK it is still too cold to swim outside but a walk at the beach is fine. Take care and thanks for sharing

  6. Oh boy, I remember when you could tell the time of day by the rain in Florida when we were there on vacation. Every day about 4:00 o’clock it would rain, but all day long it was sunny. of course that was back in 1992 or 93 not sure when. Hubby & I went there at Universal Studios. Boy, I wish I was there now. Sure looks refreshing where you’re at. Boy, how I awaited summer this year. I was so tired of the cold weather & NOW IT’S HERE! WOO HOO! Thanks for sharing your memorable moments! 🙂

  7. How fun! Our weather has been either really hot or chilly, no in between with lots of rain. The next few days are supposed to be gorgeous though and I’m very much looking forward to it!

Have a great 4th of July!

  8. everywhere we travel we got sun but back at home, rain and rain. It didn’t matter for swimming though because that was under a roof.

  9. We’ve had that kind of rain all week here. I know all about the kids and the swim thing. 🙂

  10. This brings back memories of when I was a kid. We rarely got to go to the pool, but if we did and it rained it made no difference and was just as fun! I always loved playing in the rain as a child, tho.
